Qualifying property requirements:

• Property must have at least 25 percent of units occupied by tenants using rental assistance as a form of payment or receive some type of federal, state, or local income-qualifying assistance OR be owned and operated by a 501(c)3.
• Property must be individually metered and have electric service provided by CPS Energy.
• Property must be 10 years of age or older.
• Property must contain five or more units.

Get incentives for upgrades you may already be doing, including:

• Weatherizing properties by providing services like attic insulation, envelope sealing, or solar screens
• Performing HVAC service and maintenance
• Updating lighting to ENERGY STAR® LED light bulbs
• Changing out faucet aerators and showerheads to new low-flow devices
